I thought I still had the clamshell.. and just had a good look for it through all my junk, but cant find it. I think I gave the film in its box to Pat Walsh. Anyway if you don't have any luck I will be in contact with Pat in near future and if possible scan and post it to you. Its the plastic one that opens up in the middle?
