Good Morning all,
New guy on here so bear with me if this question has already been answered. I recently inherited my Dad's B&H 235 8mm and 346A Super 8mm projectors. the regular 8mm works great. The Super 8 started having some issues, had the front take up reel spindle screw head break off, fixed that one by drilling out old screw and replacing it, works great. Then belt started slipping very badly. Found replacement belt on Ebay. My question is how does the replacement belt get installed in the 346A? It looks like the motor/fan assembly will have to come out in order to replace the belt. Has anyone had any luck replacing the belt? Are there any shortcuts I can take to swap it out??? Thanks for any assistance !!!

Hi Steve...Take a look at this video by George Tveden. He shows how to change the drive belt on a B&H 456A. I think it's pretty similar to the 346A. Hope this helps [Smile]
