You can use a motorbike stop light bulb, I used to get the bulbs from my local motorbike shop. Cheers

Are you sure the motor bike lamps work? I have tried a car light of the same size as an emergency measure and the light output was dire.

They sell a conversion which includes this Halogen Bulb and a Adapter Base.
