I need a hub adapter for the pay-out hub that allows a S8 reel to go on R8 smaller hub. If you got one to part with I will buy it. If you have one NOT to part with I would love a picture of it to fabracate one from nylon.

Yes. You insert the film right where you see it entering the projector and it self threads the rest of the way. I'm still working on it. I got it running well but no sound. A fun project for me to fill the hours. I really like this projector because it plays BOTH 8mm an S8mm magnetic sound. [Eek!]

UPDATE 8/04

Not a slotload.

Well I emailed you pictures (or atleast attempted to). I don't really want to sell mine. It's my only projector and I like it quite a bit. I hope the pictures help it was a little hard to get detailed pictures of. So are you going to have to buy another sound head for it? And if so where can you find them???

Zech

The pics are great. It will be able to make my own from a nylon bushing now. Not sure on the sound yet. Still working on it. I'm retired so no hurry.

Thanks again,

PatD
