Anyone else notice that this site has been very slow lately? I know it is not my internet connection since other sites are working for me fine.

Hi Tony,

I didn't feel any different. It may be the issue of internet backbone between your server and this forum server.

You may try to use proxy tunnel (using other backbone/proxy).

Try this one www.dtunnel.com or www.btunnel.com or www.ztunnel.com etc.

You type http://8mmforum.film-tech.com/ in the box provided and see if the speed is normal or still slow.

cheers,

Now it is OK, but a half hour ago it wasn't.
We'll see how it goes. Thanks for the feedback.

Update:

Seems slow again -- then I tried www.dtunnel.com and it is MUCH faster that way.

Yes Tony, it means that the backbone between your internet provider and this forum server is slow while between your internet provider and dtunnel is OK.

Just use any tunnel that are available in case dtunnel is also slow.

cheers,
