About a month ago we were offered a 35mm print of this film, at the time I wasen't sure about taking it, however after reading that it was about "Margaret Humphreys", well that name got me interested. I had read her book at least 10 years ago called "Empty Cradles" it was very good. We booked the print and the film has been doing very well, if you get a chance to go to the movies its well worth it. Starring Emily Watson, David Wenham, and Hugo Weaving. After watching it myself, its exactly as I remember the book. "Oranges and Sunshine" like the book "Empty Cradles" is very thought provoking.
