Just heard over our building public address system:

"Will the person who plugged in their black Nissan electric car by the loading dock please report to receiving?

Either move your car in the next 5 minutes or we will...with a fork lift!"

(Seems there is a crew over there waiting to unload a truck!)

Is that a New York accent [Big Grin]

We have our fare share of that type of stressed out people, hard hats an all, doing the street repairs. What I cant understand is why you need a hard hat on the street, as the only thing that might hit them on the head is "bird poop" [Smile]

It is one of many New York accents!

-not mine!

The building I work in was considered to be a construction site until about a year ago. This meant whenever I was on site I had to wear a hard hat.

I never forget the first day they lifted the restriction: it was the strangest sensation to be without it...like the ceiling was going to fall on me!
