Despite good performances by main actors, this film is a big disappointment. The plot does not flow well at all. It jumps around so much you get lost in the story. And the outcome is very predictable.

On the plus side Ben Afleck is the best Batman ever and Jess Eisenberg makes a great Lex Luthor. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 5. Let's hope 2017's next installment is better.

You are not alone in your opinion Pat. The Orlando Sentinel gave it a very poor review yesterday, awarding one and a half stars.
Personally I am tired of these endlessly violent fantasy films, which have no lasting value whatsoever.

Well, heck, people usually don't go for a great storyline and all with these no-brainer big box office ticket items ...

and, well, I can't resist ...

Despite the bad reviews the Global opening weekend take was $420 million. Just goes to show you that you don't have to make a good movie to make money. This movie like so many other disappointing flix will eventually get buried...but Warner Bros. is not complaining and will make a hefty profit and move onto the next installment. Let's just hope the next movie is better.

The next installment has all ready started shooting for a fall 2017 release. The title is The Justice League One. Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg are all in it. Warner has a 5 year plan for Justice League films running into 2022.

I have not seen it yet.
Is it based on Frank Miller's graphic novel
" The Dark Knight Returns " ?
