Well watching this release was a pleasant surprise, its not often I will watch a movie twice within buying it in a month, but "Passengers" was one.

At last a original si-fi story, with outstanding production values. Imagine this, your a passenger on spaceship heading for a new life on another planet, but a malfunction on one of the 5000 hibernation pods wakes you up early 90 years before its destination in fact and you are all alone and no going back...what would you do? and why did this happen?

The sets and special effects are really something in this movie, some reminded me of 2001. The story keeps your attention right through with a brilliant final ending. The soundtrack is brilliant and adds well to the mood of the movie. Dont be put of by the title..."Passengers" its outstanding in every level and as such highly recommend it.

If you get a chance to watch the making of on the blu-ray, its well worth it. English Production Designer "Guy Hendrex Dyas" takes you around his sets etc, which have truly incredible detail that he had constructed. [Cool] The actors also talk about the sets....full of praise. [Smile] ....
