Roberto, laws may vary from one country to another within the EU. For example, cannabis is legal in The Netherlands, illegal but tolerated in Belgium and completely illegal in France. Self defense sprays are legal in France but not in Belgium. You can buy alcohol in motorway shops in Belgium but not in France (and probably not in many other European countries, neither). To give only three examples.
