Eiki NT-2 Amp needed

I need a new amp (I think) for this unit. The exciter is not working and I don't think the amp is on at all. The fuses are good. Not sure who could reapir this unit, so looking for someone with a working spare for sale. Thanks.

Did you check for power to the amp ?
Is the exciter lamp light up ?
Have you replaced the lamp? it takes the BRK
Is the projector running ?

Yes everything works except the amp/exciter.

Why do you thing its the amp besides the lamp not lite up ?
What procedures did you check ?

Well, when I plug in the power I hear a low ground hum in the speaker, but usually if you crank the volume the hum will increase but there's nothing. The bulb is good, I check voltage at the exciter supply and there's nothing. Not sure how much I can do personally on this to trouble shoot every possibility. I'm just thinking if I replace the amp, which pretty much will swap out with two screws, I'll be golden.
