I saw this video on You Tube. It is of a young chap replacing the worm gear on a B & H. It seemed 'simple' in that he was not using any specalised equipment/jigs and just used his intuition. He did have a few screws left over at the end! But it sounded a lot better and was functioning at the end. Is he doing it right, or was it just good luck?
