Well as the 200ft Star Wars extract went for about £12.50 in original box - in the words of Bugs Bunny "It's a possibility".

It was a 200ft. Actually one of the first package movie I saw back in 1977. Shown in school by film collecting teacher. Cost a fortune in his words. He got that one right. Featured the fight against the Falcon and the Empire fighters. Boy that film started a bad expenditure habit.

I can only hope so. I have been priced out of so many auctions in the last few years, right at the starting bid. I can only hope prices will drop, not tank, as, I have my own collection to think of!

What goes up must come down. Cost of living, demographics of existing film collectors and few if any new blood entering the hobby. There will be a few movie memorabilia sales and loads of shill bidding but I think the bubble is deflating.

...On the TCM auction I can only say that it is rare to find the full feature in Super 8mm. The seller's price is quite high, even beyond the highest price paid on ebay for a super 8 print IT WON'T go at that price!

A complete red useless bin job print of 2001 for that price. Talk about the stupid 🤪being parted from their money easy 😂😂😂😂😂 Bet the sound is totally chronic as well. Watch this space bound to be relisted soon.

It was available from Derann new and low fade. This is a Ken version which from photos has totally turned red.
