    Hi Lee,

I was still looking for it up to last year, but I've pretty much given up as the last one sold in November for £586!!

To be honest, I've kind of given up buying Super 8 now, (aside from the occasional trailer) as the prices they're changing hands for is becoming ludicrous, and it's difficult to get hold of bargains. Even the specialists I used to buy from have become more like Ebay now. Still, I'd be extremely pleased if I could find one for £250 and I'd snap it up immediately

    All the best,

    Paul

Lee, I was surprised to hear that your feature is pinking out! I thought that these print runs we're all LPP.

Paul, I wouldn't totally give up. Avoid Ebay but the one person who may get it for a reasonable price is Phil Shead at CHC. He still manages to get big titles but may reserve them for his Open days and Blackpool etc. Worth keeping an eye on his lists and possibly phoning him.

Definitely get on the CHC list for monthly e_mails to get early news.

How times have changed. This was a feature dealers couldn’t sell years ago. It was on every 2nd hand list for ever I think new it was around £159 mark and if you offered north of £70 you would have had to count your fingers. I was trading in movies one time and had the choice of Raise the Titanic or War Games. I knew I could resell Titanic so decided on it. War Games is a better movie but realistically it’s a once a decade per viewing. Print and colour was good but could have been a release using film stock before low fade so explains some pinky prints.
