I am having trouble with a Keystone K-560 and was wondering if anyone has any experience working with this brand/model? The main issue is that the projector doesn't seem to be moving when in the forward position. Is this a mechanical/electrical issue or am I missing something totally obvious?
I opened the back of the projector to check on the belts and everything seems to be functioning normally when set to rewind (see video 1). Nothing occurs when I move the switch to Rewind, Still, or Forward. While the Still position makes sense, the other 2 don't seem to have any effect either.
My first troubleshooting attempt was to replace the 2 rubber belts incase one was loose, but even after this, the problem persists. I have attached a second video to show the front of the project as well when I was testing all the switch positions.
Does anyone have any further suggestions? Thank you!
