"The Romney Hythe Dymchurch" Railway

    If Derann had printed that, I would have had it for sure.

    Derann printed two RH&D Films “Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway” and “Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Golden Jubilee”. "Golden Jubilee" was common: they printed it pretty much to the end. “Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway” was another story: the negative was damaged early on so it was much rarer.

    Somewhere around 2005, one popped up on Ebay.uk on the Isle of Wight, but with shipping to UK only. Fortunately my friend Tim Christian (-who I met through this forum) bid and bought the thing for me. By a filmic coincidence, my Mom was visiting some friends up in County Durham. Tim mailed the print to them, and she bought it home in her luggage.

    -for a lot of reasons, this print is very special to me!

      Your welcome Steve I keep getting getting stuff from there Facebook being sent to me since I joined it, Its been really interesting to see what goes on there, and its well worth joining if you can.

        I don't no if this link will work Steve but its real interesting regarding this particular narrow gauge railway.
