It’s a Max Davidson comedy for Hal Roach which features Laurel and Hardy in their shaved head era around 1927. Max buys a house wereveverything is wired up wrong similar to Sap at Sea Max storyline He is naked at 15:11. It featured in one of the a Robert Youngson compilation films. Could be When Comedy was King.
