On of my favorite Kodak Cameras, the Brownie Hawkeye Flash. I've painted a few to brighten them up a bit. The painted ones all have the lens flipped and have been modified to take 120 film in the feed position, still need a 620 take up spool.

The stock black one on the middle is like one my parents' cameras. I still have it and if I had film it would still work.

I have family Kodaks back to ones my Grandfather bought when he arrived from Germany in the 1920s: most people in my family love photography and we have a lot of pictures going back about a hundred years.

-the shame of it all is I'm the first one ever to shoot movies!

In 1985, Kodak & Time-Life Books published The Kodak Library of Creative Photography, consisting of 18 hardcover books, each approximately 100 pages. They sold them on a subscription basis, with one book per month arriving by mail. The set is now forty years old, but there's lots of interesting information here.

That video is an absolute delight! Thanks for posting this Graham, it would put a smile on anybody's face.
And yes, as we all know, Kodachrome made the whole world seem bright and full of color.

I purchased the second edition of the Kodak Cinematographer's Field Guide back in 1979.
