One hell of alot of work for the few who are prepared to do all the graft. BUT done well and with help of a dedicated team the magic can happen.

Same in the UK as well. I really don't think visitors have any idea the work that's involved in making these things happen. Then you get the critic's after who do not contribute let alone attend...

Chip, it might be possible that the lack of responses is due to the vagueness of the request. When you ask for volunteers, what specifically are you asking for? People to help work the show? Bring projectors, screens, films, etc? Pay for the show? Run the films? Etc. Etc...

my very first post I felt is to the point I need a group of volunteers to help organize and schedule the event and then based on your question all of the rest will fall into place as it happens
