Hello Doug!
The camera Walt is holding is a Bell & Howell Filmo 141 'Art-Deco' magazine-loading 16mm camera. The camera used the new Kodak 50ft magazine load film.
The 141 camera had a Bakelite body.
The 141-A had speeds of 8, 16, 24 and 32 frames per second. It would do single frames. It has a 133 degree shutter giving an exposure time of 1/43 second at 16 fps. No turret model was made.
The camera was on the market for 3 years starting in July 1937, ending in 1940 when B&H introduced the all metal body 'Auto Load' models.

So if Walt Disney shot 16mm on his own time, do they still count as "Disney Films"?!
