Mark - an ad in the Debonair Film List published this week mentions a bring and buy.
I'd recommend this event to anyone sad about the lack of a BFCC this spring. It's a relatively small event without film shows, but it's only £1 admission; it has a friendly good-natured atmosphere; and last time I was very pleased to come away with some nice and out of the ordinary shorts and bits of equipment. The nearby high street is pleasant too - everyone seems to be unusually happy and relaxed compared to most of London!
I'll aim for the 9:27 from Marylebone to Chorleywood. This is due to arrive at 9:54 and the hall is a brisk 6 minute walk from the station!
