Does anyone happen to have a short throw Elmo lens for sale. I know there’s a 38mm lens in existence, is there anything wider?
It's an alternative if you can't find an Elmo lens. I use a 25mm lens with an Elmo sleeve adapter. Obviously the image won't be as bright or as crisp as a genuine Elmo lens...but it will give you a larger picture at a shorter distance.

The Elmo 16mm lenses are great but clean examples can cost. Look for the wide adapter or the zoom adapter. These will screw directly onto the 50mm or the 38mm and give a big picture. The very best option is to have the 20mm lens from Elmo. This is a beautiful multi element lens rather than purely literally 20mm and again can be expensive. The zoom adapter will even go on the 20mm and give a very short throw big picture although there is a little distortion at the biggest zoom. The other way is, as Janice says, to get an Elmo sleeve and use a cheaper older 25mm lens in it. Good luck.
There is a zoom adapter on eBay Germany right now...

Very nice Joe, if a CL or AL or 16AA the one with the slot rather than thread is needed. But you can get away with it, either way
