No, not a typo. I went to my (very) local cinema today where they screened the 1950's Sci-fi "Earth Versus The Flying Saucers" I have the 400ft cut-down on S8 and the DVD but couldn't resist going to see it on a bigger screen. Others could resist apparently because there were only two of us in the audience - almost a private screening. The projectionist or 'button-pusher' told us about 20 people attended the first showing on Sunday night.
Other films in this series include 'The Man With X-Ray Eyes' featuring Neath-born Ray Milland, '20.000 Leagues Under The Sea' and both versions of 'War Of The Worlds'. The last mentioned films are a double bill one ticket.

Mal, when I saw the title of this thread I thought flying saucers had landed on the Gower peninsula! [Big Grin]
