When Inwas in Canada, the post offices are easily found because it has an agreement with a drug store (Shopper Drugmart), so almost every store is also post office beside the Post Office operated directly by the Canada Post.
What about in the UK. Are Royal Mail outlet every where? Is it easy to get them?

My local Post Office recently moved onto the High Street. The shop before was a newsagent, its now about twice as big the old PO was very small.
The opening hours have also improved longer hours now.
Most rural PO are also part of a shop. The PO pays them to run them.

I was surprised to discover in Amsterdam (Netherlands) that there is no longer any real post office. You must go to a Tobacco shop to send your mail.

Thanks friends, in Canada because they are in drug marts, we can drop mails until 9 PM. Is it also the case in the UK now?

Very unlikely unless it is the major post office in a large town. Maybe London can offer somewhere like that, but red post boxes which are found on many streets will probably have their last collection around 6pm.
As I said, I can't say for London, but perhaps other members who live there can advise.

I live on the edge of a medium size town 30 miles south-west of London. Most of the small post offices around here are part of convenience stores which are open 7am to 11pm. The post office counters are kept open throughout but of course collections by Royal Mail stop at around 5 pm on weekdays. Main (Crown) post offices are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday only.

I believe the Royal Mail are stopping a lot of afternoon collections. I passed a box, admittedly a bit off the High Street, that had a notice that the last collection would be 9am.
