Ah, yes, I thought his name sounded familiar. Was he the brother of General Tsao, famous for the chicken dish named after him?

Either brothers or cousins, I can't remember. We honor General Yak here, but not Tso. Why not so? Because sharing recipes belongs on another forum.

If so, then what I understand, in the US Army for hundred thousands soldiers there are only 2 Generals. I forgot their names, but one general's responsibility is for handling automotive and transportation issues and the other one is for electricity.
