Hi, just wanted to know how to identify super 8mm film stocks as in eastman ,kodak,agfa etc where is this info located on the film ,thanks

Generally (if not always) it is on the perforation edge, sideways down the film between the perforations. The names will be over several sections (unless old 3M stock).

I find it now easiest to read with a spare projector lens as a magnifying glass.

Brian is correct, but if it's not on the stock ...

Non LPP Eastman goes red/pink
Kodak SP goes a dirty brown
Fuji goes a purple
