Today I contacted Derann with a simple request. Gary went out of his way to deal with my request, posting out free of charge. I'm not going to say what I needed, as Derann may find themselves inundated with similar requests from people on here, however it shows Derann really are no.1! How many other places give something back to the customer, going beyond the normal call of duty? If it's film, make sure it's Derann!

Very many thanks Gary mate...do we know, by the way, how many came through the door at Blackpool...surely a healthy number to make it a success?

Thank you so much for your very kind words and for not disclosing that you were sent an Elmo GS-1200 projector!

The Blackpool attendance was slightly 'up' on last year and Sunday's trading was certainly very brisk. Only 51 weeks to go before we're loading the vans for next year ...

That's great to hear that the attendance was up, and for another year as Anne was sure that last year's was higher than 2004.

Blackpool, depending where you live, can be a bit out of the way, but I think there's evidence of a growing consciousness amongst collectors that you simply have to be there, whatever it takes!
