Look at the news section of www.bfcc.biz. and you'll see that Peter Hemstock of Movie Memories has sadly passed away. Very sad...he was a decent guy to deal with at his stall at the BFCC.

Very sad indeed Pete was nice chap. Peter and his wife Brenda were a pleasant part of our Hobby.R.I.P. Peter. Good Bye.
Mark.

Yes, Peter was a honest and friendly dealer, bought quite a few items from him over the years at the BFCC,
Peter was featured in one of Keith Wiltons Armchair Odeons videos.
Very sad

Yes very sad, I only did some business with Peter 2 or 3 weeks ago and he was looking forward to getting to Ealing this time after the road fiasco of last year. It's all the more sad how suddenly he must have gone, my thoughts are with his wife Brenda, and it's another small gauge stalwart gone.

Its always sad to hear news of a friend passing. Peter was one of the good guys and the first time I met him was many years ago at the Manchester Film Fair. He always had time for a chat and for you. The last item I purchased from Peter was a projector stand and Ill think of him every time I use it. Peter will be very much missed and all our love and prayors are sent to his widow Brenda. Never far from our thoughts today.

The staff here at Derann are both shocked and saddened by this news. It was always a pleasure to meet both Peter and Brenda at the BFCC. Rest in peace, mate, you were one of the good guys. Our thoughts are very much with Brenda at this time

Very sorry to hear this, especially as I'd imagine that he was under 60. I bought various items from him over the years and he always offered a good deal.

Adrian,

I am reliably informed that Peter was 62 years old, still no age these days!
