Can anyone tell me what is the correct bulb or alternate bulb used in the Kodak Brownie 310 model A4 8mm projector. Thanks.

Michael...according to this site...that model takes a DJA/120V/150W Bulb. These are difficult to find and pretty expensive now.

This type of lamp I have in a couple of my projectors but mostly used in my standard 8mm sound projector.
They can be very expensive and the answer is to keep checking in
E-bay for example for cheaper prices,I was lucky enough to get a spare from a seller (all up was about 8 GBP !) I think was in eastern europe or some eastern block country. It was very cheap and I took the punt hoping it would turn up...and it did - phew [Smile]
Also I buy "dead" projectors (if it is cheap enough) with this type of lamp that has a working lamp only - Oddly it is usually cheaper than buying just a lamp!

Cheers from me in New Zealand :-)

Thanks Janice and Clinton for your reply's about the bulb for the Brownie projector, they were both very, very helpful. I picked the unit up at an auction but the bulb was missing. I noticed that there wasn't a reflector so I figured it used a newer bulb with a built in reflector. As is the usual case, the projectors can be purchased at a very reasonable price where as the bulbs used in them are getting very scare and expensive. Thanks once again for your help.
