Hi, there!
How 'bout a "Buy It Now" option? Provided it's still possible to offer, of course...

Best of luck...

I want to be on it if you will allow USA bidders. I tried and it wouldn't let me bid.

Caio!

Well guys, truth is I'm not certain of the safest / cheapest way to ship to Europe / USA, etc.

Didn't want you to bid without being able to quote a reliable shipping fee.

Any advice on appropriate shipping type / cost would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Parcel2Go delivers a projector for 36 pounds ... If you charge actual shipping, I'd be happy :-)

I think if a UK person bid, it's locked and can not be changed, so please open for international :-)

Guys, it looks from initial research that shipping to Norway / Italy would be around £30.00 sterling.

USA £40.00 sterling.

If you are happy with that cost of shipping, I'll open it to sales outside UK and try and find some more precise figures.

Best,

Rob.

Worldwide shipping is now listed as £40.00 for Parceforce Global Value - if one of you guys win it, I can provide a precise shipping cost before you pay.

Hope that's ok with you all?

Thanks guys and good luck!!! [Smile]

I wish all sellers would give a detailed description like yours.

Hi David, if this one goes alright, I'm planning to sell a few more, so I'd just rather be honest from the start.

As we all know, film is never quite perfect, and I know I'd feel happier buying a print that someone was at least trying to be honest about.

I know that isn't really the art of great selling, buy hey, that's just me! [Smile]

Just had a look and there seems to be a lot of interest already! Wow! [Smile] [Smile] [Smile]

Rob, please be careful with Parcelforce Global Value. I do not think it has any "Tracking" on it or "extra" insurance. This, in my opinion, is required for a print like this.

If you check back on this forum there was a problem with Global Priority being used to ship a print from UK to Italy - it was "lost" without tracking.

Fortunately I, with a little help from my Parcelforce contact, managed to "locate" the print in the Parcelforce Hub Facility. It had been there for a few weeks and wouldn't have gone anywhere because the sender had not put a return address on the parcel.

Gian nearly lost his "Jurassic Park" feature [Wink]

Good luck with the auction, it should get e very good price. [Smile]

Well, without wanting to slander anyone, looks like my first super 8 feature sale turns to bullshit.

Do any of you guys actually want, or pay for this stuff?

Depressed,

Rob.

Hi Rob,

This is exactly why the "second chance offer" option exists on eBay. So just sell it to the second highest bidder!

I guess Rob knew about the second chance offer and had done it, but none of them took it.

Many second winners will not respond the second chance offer if found that the winner is zero feedback.

You can learn that on youtube.

This could be bidder sabotage since it was someone that bid a couple of days after you listed the film. If there is another copy of Terminator out there, question that seller.

The other thing is, you can send the winner an invoice and you can see their name and address. Let us know who it is and we can block them from any future attempts at bidding an item high and not paying for it.

The good news is that it is a film that will get many collectors attention so, maybe you could sell it outright in the forums for £300.00 or around there as there was interest at that price.

Good advice from Gerald, fingers crossed. It seems to be a very popular film, so it should sell okay.

Well, without going into detail, I was given a reason as to why payment wasn't being made, but as time goes on it seems less likely it will be paid for.

There are few days left before the deadline and I suppose the reason may yet be genuine.

Still, I find it frustrating as I didn't take the decision to sell prints easily and the sales are to fund something more urgent.
