Thanks for the warning Nigel. An unusual way to do business. I wonder if eBay are aware of the seller's habits.

Would it be worth 8mm Forum members revealing their eBay user names here, then we know who we are dealing with?

I have contacted ebay and they say a seller can hold onto an item as long as they want before posting it as long as it states it in the listing .however they are going to investigate his behaviour .

My ebay name is NINJAMAN0070 so anybody that doesnt know now does and i always post within 2 days of funds being cleared normaly next day.

I'm "reel-ality" and I try my best to post the films the very day after payment is made unless, of course, it happens to be a saturday.

I'm not sure if it was the same person, but i ran into a person that did the same kind of thing, holding onto the item for 10 days, which I have never understood myself. I didn't get an answer either. It does seem extreme, to be sure.

Is this a comment from Nigel?
The seller seems to have 100% positive feedback and has only been an eBay member for two years. He (she) lives in Batley.
