Here you can see what I see
(also, normally you get on PayPal pages the possibility to log-in into your PayPal account so it’s not necessary to enter all card data again… This log-in possibility is not present there.
This also adds to my feeling this can’t be a real PayPal payment page….

I've just tried and got a warning message from my anti-virus so I would contact CFA before making any payment if I were you (I didn't intend to complete since I personnaly prefer to go to the lab and collect the filmstock myself, rather that having it send by post).

          Hello,
yes, I contacted them with my order by email. Received an answer from Mr. Boualem and bank data.
The money was sent by SEPA bank-to-bank transfer.
Now I wait for the shipment (or tracking information.)
I did not receive any reply after I have sent the payment for over a week now.
Not even my question about tracking information was answered.
So I remain sceptical … but still hope the best.
I will keep you updated about the outcome.

I've dealt with Cine-Dia/Color City in the past. They are not very good at communication.

                  Update:
I have received my shipment! Yeah!
I have learned there were some issues in raw stock supply and also some trouble in communication (internet / email).
Finally, yes, it was slow - but all correct and I am satisfied with the products.

Great to hear you received your 9.5 film(s), Jack. The Color Films Archives Internet is currently unavaible since a few days because it has been hacked.

Don’t get too excited, it says they do not have any in stock!

It's indeed the subscription ninefivers already know. A non first hands source says the filmstock could be available within a few weeks, but let's see.

                            Did this happen?
Subscription is closed now. Was it successful?
Did they make and deliver fresh stock to the subscribers?

The latest news I got was that a new piece of the machine that reperfors 16 mm to 9.5 mm filmstock was suppose to arrive this werk. Once the machine is ready, the manufacture of films should start. I have no details about the quantity of film ordered. From what I understand, there was enough demand to repair the 16 to 9.5 machine but not enough to match the Kodak's unrealistic minimum order of 35 mm unperfored stock. Again, I have no details. I'm also waiting for an official annonce announcement but, so far, everything seems to go to the right direction.
