To set things straight, regarding that SUPERMAN 2 print that Brian posted, was produced entirely by LA Films from a 35mm print to a 16mm negative. Unfortunately, the super 8mm printer, as it seemed like it was homemade, was not the best and that is probably why the film is soft, as the seller points out. It is a direct print down and should have been incredibly sharp. Also, the lack of knowledge, as I was very green, is another factor. It is not a German print.
