Shane, the leaflet was in the box with a Mark 8 (dual gauge). With the pricing being in UK £ pounds/shillings/pennies. The leaflet is pre 1971 and intended for the UK market. The fold out style manual was printed in Austria. I have just checked an 824 manual, booklet style, also printed in Austria. Some downloaded manuals I've seen are printed in the USA. The leaflet has no mention of where printed. The box is also the plain brown type with red print of the projector. These boxes have card inserts like the early P8s. The later red box with Eumig logo covering the box has polystyrene moulded packing inserts. My recent Mark S 709 came in such a red box. I previously thought these red boxes were linked to the Dixons chain of stores. But having a 709 in a red box makes me think again, as that's possibly too early, 1968-1970. My thoughts on Dixons was from the 80's or 90's.
I'll guess red boxes came in around 1970 as interestingly I also have a Mark S (Standard 8), also polystyrene moulded packing inserts, a different box to both the red box (same modern build style) and the early brown box.
It's getting quite bad now, I'm trying to date boxes!
