The most convenient final form would be .mp4 files with .h264 compression (say, current youtube standard). This would make it most compatible across devices.
For moderate size files I'd send it via my Google drive. But anything approaching 1GB or so I still hand that to customer in conventional way - via a usb flash drive. Convenient&fool proof.
Archiving it in uncompressed files would be impractical due to its massive size. Converting it to some sort of lossless format would make more sense.
