It's a terrific documentary about the US Library of Congress National Film Archive. Clips from a lot of classic films are shown as well as film stock preservation. All their films are stored sideways. What a collection. Most interesting film I have ever watched.

I went to the library and borrowed this and got a chance to watch this evening. A really great documentary - I recommend it. Now I have to try and watch some of the obscure films in the registry.

Watching this right now on YouTube. Really excellent! Even a namecheck for 'Castle Films.' Will buy the Blu-Ray too. Very highly recommended documentary...
