I think this is now fixed so people do not have to be registered AND logged in to see and/or download images and attachments.

The annoying "current page number" + "previous/more" navigation button at the bottom has now been expanded to choose individual pages +/- 10 and THEN it starts making incremental jumps.

(See screenshot below, it used to only read "Previous/6" or "1/more".)

I noticed this too Matt and gave Brad that same feedback when he asked us to try changing the style function. Also I think it must be related in some way that when I change the style (which can only be done on pages other than the homepage) the style does change, but the homepage style does not change and remains the Black/Red style. Brad thought this was a cache issue...but I've cleared my cache several times and the homepage remains the Black/Red style.

The main index page not changing with a style change is not cache. The main index page does not display the new style across multiple devices.

Graham, I also noticed the pictures position is not always logical, indeed. Sometimes they appear in the order you uploaded them, sometimes one is insert between others or is put in first position.

For the header, here is where the issue is :

One quick fix would be to upload the 8mm header image to this location on the server and overwrite the logo.png with this image below:


As for the caching issues.... There are two potentials areas for caching. One which the members can do in their own computer, the other can only be done by an admin in the admin control panel. Brad, there is a setting to reset in the ACP to reset the cache of the site so any image updates and changes will be reflected to the end users as well!

1. Go to Admin CP;
2. Click on the "Maintenance" button;
3. Choose the "Clear System Cache" option in the menu panel.

It would be helpful if people could remember to keep questions and comments HERE in this thread so we can easily see them!
I am on multiple projects currently and haven't been able to check the site as often as usual

Hello,

"ERROR" Message regularly often comes :

- SHOWS UP as I am writening
- SHOWS UP during Picture Uploading
- SHOWS UP upon few second of inactivity
- SHOWS UP when using Firefox or I/E as well
- SHOWS UP even if "Cache" is cleared

3 or 4 Error Message category possible as well !! (nether the same)

Needs often time "Logging" refresh........

..................... In summary, a very, very, boring situation


Anybody an idea ???
