I wanted to add, there are quite a few that I mentioned, not listed here, but I know for a fact that they exist, from either fellow collectors, or from old lists. For instance, though I didn't buy them, Dave Thomas Films listed quite a few on his lists from the late 80's, not stated here. The Princess Bride was sold on eBay years ago, for another example.

I decided to only include films that we all actually have (or had) in our collections. I have purchased a few titles that turned out to be other movies. An optical print of Guns of Navarone was actually Force 10 from Navarone, darn it.

As I put in another post Ged has just put up a scan of their (last) hire catalogue that has some optical prints on it.

I’ve had a few not on your list. Notability a perfec color Band Wagon I sold a couple of years ago on eBay. Let me think about it and I will add to the list.

I have the British film 'Tarka the Otter' full feature optical sound on 3x600. Faded but it should be complete.

I love all of these posts of titles, but we'll never see a complete list!! There are countless releases, that were parts of super 8 optical feature libraries, all over the world, that have sadly, been lost to the bin. Then, with the South Africa library, nearly all of the MGM features, had short subject films from the golden age at the beginning of the features, a nice touch, to give the rental a partial " golden age of cinema " touch.

THE WEEKEND MURDERS was released . A fairly dark comedy from the 70's . There is a rare print of it on Ebay UK at the time of writing

Murray, could you send me the link from that auction? Even if it's over, I'd like to check it out, just for the heck of it.

I've never seen this before on opt S8 but it's a treat. Thin poly stock and very good sound
