This seller had this posted a couple of times. When it was first posted I sent a message about the price. The response I got went something like this.."Oh no problem just name your price. You can have it for any price you want. Why don't you mind your own business". Well needless to say he still hasen't sold it. [Wink]

Pat,
I've seen this pricing anomaly before in the UK; a video capture card which normally sells at £29.95 being offered RETAIL on a Buy it Now basis by a retailer at...... £999.95.
It's got to be an Ebay software glitch.

These are oddly specific. How can they expect us to have time to bid when they're so verbose?
Item 1
Item 2

Pretty hard to tell the difference between the two, ya know?

I'll be honest, based on the picture I'm struggling to work out if it's standard 8 or super 8. Or a thing.

Must be something lost in translation.

It would certainly make buying a car interesting if all sellers used this level of detail [Wink]

I suspect the seller meant to put a Buy It Now of $12.95 and not the $1,295.00 currently displayed.

More insanity here: a 4 x 400' version of PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE would understandably go for a good amount, but this Std 8 200' SILENT edition has now reached £71!!!

If £71 sounded mad, try £92 - cos that's what it's at now!

I was watching this when it was listed for a starting bid of 9.95. A day before the auction ended with no bids it was removed and said "This listing was ended by the seller because the item is no longer available". Then it was immediately relisted with a starting bid of $495.00. plus its listed as super 8 when it's actually regular 8mm.

I know my eyes aren't as good as they use to be...But the title on this eBay auction says 8mm and Super 8 motion picture projector by Bell & Howell, Model 1623X...However the pictures are of a Eumig Mark S 802.
